Lymphatic Drainage.

Gentle, flowing bodywork designed to support your body’s natural flow.

Lymphatic Drainage is a light, slow, and flowing form of bodywork intended to support the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body.

Unlike traditional massage, lymphatic work does not rely on deep pressure. The touch is gentle and intentional, making the experience both relaxing and very different from a typical massage session.

What does it feel like?

Lymphatic work is generally soft, repetitive, and calming. You may not feel anything dramatic happening during the session—and that’s completely normal.

Some clients describe feeling lighter, less heavy, or simply deeply relaxed afterward.

Who may benefit?

Lymphatic-focused bodywork may be appropriate for clients experiencing concerns such as:

  • Swelling or fluid retention

  • Edema or lymphedema

  • Changes following lymph-node removal

  • Certain post-procedure or post-surgical situations

  • A general feeling of heaviness or congestion

Because swelling can sometimes have an underlying medical cause, lymphatic work isn’t appropriate for every situation. Your health history will be reviewed before treatment, and medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
